Mr. Hammou Ouhali

Born in 1953 in Ain Leuh, province of Ifrane.

Mr. Hammou Ouhelli is holder of a veterinary surgeon diploma from the Hassan II Agronomic and Veterinary Institute (IAV), of a third cycle PhD from the University of Toulouse (in 1985) and of a PhD (doctorat d’État) from the Toulouse-based Institut Polytechnique. Mr. Ouhelli was a professor at Hassan II Agronomic and Veterinary Institute (IAV).

From 1993 to 1997, he held the post of President of the Commission of Economy, Trade, Industry, Craft Industry and Affairs of Moroccans Living Abroad at the House of Representatives. In March 1998, he was appointed Secretary of State to the Minister of Social Development, Solidarity, Employment and Vocational Training, in charge of Solidarity and Humanitarian Action, a position that he kept until September 2000.

He is also expert at national and international organizations, founding member of the Union Maghrébine des Associations Vétérinaires (Maghreb union for veterinary associations), former Secretary General of the Association nationale des vétérinaires (National association of veterinary surgeons). He was also Vice President of the Moroccan Ordre des médecins veterinaries and President of the Athletics Club of Azrou.

He published several scientific works and articles and supervised several research works in various areas of Morocco.

Mr. Ouhelli is married and father of three children.
