Mr. Mohamed Soual
Born on February 5th, 1956.
He is an engineer graduate of the Toulouse-based École nationale de l’aviation civile (National School of Civil Aviation) (1980).
Currently, Mr. Soual is a director of the “Pole Dépôts et Consignations” at the financial group “Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion” (CDG) and member of its Corporate Management Committee.
Before joining the CDG, Mr. Mohamed Soual worked in varied sectors: in the banking sector, he worked for “Crédit Immobilier et Hôtelier” bank (CIH), where he was a director of the support pole during three years.
In the field of new technologies, he joined “Gemadec”, which he ran from 2001 to 2005. Moreover, he worked for the Moroccan transport company CTM as a director of development, finance and management control. He was also head of the telecommunications department and in charge of the information systems of the Moroccan national flag carrier “Royal Air Maroc” (RAM).
In addition to his political commitment within the Moroccan Party of Progress and Socialism (PPS) as a member of the political office of this formation, Mr. Soual is a member of the CGEM commission on fight against corruption, member of the national council of transparency Morocco.
he is also a member of the CCDH National Committee on Following up Community Reparation and an international expert as regards governance at the UNDP, OECD and the UN Economic Commission for Africa.
Mr. Mohammed Soual is married and father of a child.
