International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ)
The Advisory Council on Human Rights and the International Center for Transitional Justice (ICTJ) signed a memorandum of understanding on October 28, 2008. Under this memorandum, the ICTJ is committed to provide technical support and information in the field of community reparation, preservation of the memory of the places of detention, governance security, rehabilitation of the judiciary and documentation.
